The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Collector module is the principal application for Collector users (vendors) to manage their POs and BPOs from agencies, create invoices, download remittances, and view payments.
The IPP Collector module supports the exchange and display of electronic files with government agencies.
The Collector user can view POs from agencies, create invoices/credit memos from agency POs, create Non-PO invoices/credit memos online, and clone invoices/credit memos. In addition, vendors can view and download remittance records (payment notifications).
IPP is hosted by the Treasury Web Application Infrastructure (TWAI) and is compliant with Federal standards (e.g. FAR) and requirements. IPP is provided free of charge to all government agencies and their vendors.
The type of payment information the Collector provides is settled payments, reduced payments (reduced by the Federal Debt Management) and payments returned by the U.S. Treasury.
