Create Credit Memo

The Create Credit Memo page is displayed when you click the Create Credit Memo button from the Blanket POs tab.

The following table describes the Create Credit Memo form:

Field Name	Description
Choose which type of Credit Memo to create drop-down list	Lists the credit memo type. From a blank form - select this choice to create a Non-PO credit memo From a PO - select this choice to create a credit memo from a PO From a Blanket PO - select this choice to create a credit memo from a blanket PO From an Invoice - select this choice to create a credit memo from another invoice
Select the Bill To Agency from the drop-down list	List the agencies.
Enter the Blanket PO # field	Displays the Blanket PO #
