Use the link located in the upper right corner of the Disburser module to set display and regional settings, and select certain notifications.
The Preferences page is organized into three sections:
Display Preferences - Use to configure the page display within the module
Regional Preferences - Use to configure time zone.
Notification Schedules - Use to change the Disburser user's notification schedule
Multi-column sorting - Allow multi-column sorting on tables.
Items per page - Number of items on summary pages.
PO/BPO Uninvoiced Amount - Display un-invoiced amounts as Remaining PO Amount/PO Amount for POs and BPOs on the PO or BPO Detail page. If this check box is not selected, the Disburser user can see only the initial PO or BPO quantities and amounts. Uninvoiced amounts also appear on invoices. Disburser Self-Service and vendors can see the remaining amount on the invoice lines.
Select your Time Zone from the list. U.S. time zones are listed first with Eastern Standard Time, as the default and then foreign time zones. EST is 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you select this time zone, no adjustment is made for DST (daylight saving time). If you want your notifications to reflect the actual time, select, for example Eastern Standard Time(America/New_York). Selection of a region, along with the time zone accounts for the observance of daylight saving time.
